At Lacey Lane we are more than happy to refund, exchange or credit garments due to incorrect fit, change of mind or faults provided that the item is returned:
• within 30 days of receiving your order
• in original condition
• unwashed
• unworn &
• all labels & tags still attached.

We're happy to refund, exchange or store credit full priced items, excluding pre-orders and mystery boxes, within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns received outside of our return period may not be accepted. Please keep in mind postage times when sending your items back and ensure the garments arrive at Lacey Lane within the return time period.

All purchases of sale items are final and can not be refunded or exchanged. Sale items that are deemed faulty by Lacey Lane, if the fault was not disclosed at the time of sale, are eligible for exchange or store credit within the 30 days of purchase. Contact hello@laceylane.com.au to arrange.
Contact hello@laceylane.com.au stating your name, order number and the reason for your return/exchange and we will take the next steps to process the return.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Late returns may not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the cost of the buyer.
Please keep in mind some of Lacey Lane’s products are limited edition & exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you are wishing to exchange for is not in stock a store credit will be issued.
As pre-order items are made to order we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits.
Lacey Lane cannot be held liable for returns lost or damaged by the postal service. We recommend sending the returns using registered or tracked post. We do not offer free returns/exchanges for change of mind & it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange an appropriate shipping method.
All refunds are issued in the same payment method used for the initial purchase only. If you purchased the item with a gift card, you will be refunded back onto the gift card.
If a rewards discount code is used in the initial purchase, returning the item will void the rewards discount code. Rewards discount codes will not be re-issued and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 days of receiving your items. If your return/exchange is urgent please email hello@laceylane.com.au and we'll do our best to accomodate.
We do not offer returns, exchanges or credits on Mystery Box items unless the product is deemed faulty by Lacey Lane. All mystery box purchases are final.
Swimwear garments are not eligible for change or mind return, exchange or credit due to hygiene reasons.
