Terms & Conditions: All images are copyright to Lacey Lane. All Lacey Lane images, garments and accessories are not to be used in any promotional or marketing material for business purposes unless credit is given and it is clearly stated that the products which are being used were purchased from Lacey Lane. Please note Lacey Lane reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of any promo etc. at their discretion. 

Limited Releases: From time to time on exclusive styles we limit quantities to make it fair for all our amazing customers. This can vary but usually between one and two per customer. Details will be stated within the description on the product. 

Internet Content: At Lacey Lane we do our very best, we cannot promise that the colours shown on the Lacey Lane website, exactly reproduce the colours of our products. This may depend on the colour reproduction on your computer or mobile device.

Shipping: Customers outside Australia may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.

Lacey Lane does NOT cover the cost of custom fees/ import duties into ANY country. 

Lacey Lane does NOT accept American Express (AMEX) 

Discount Codes: Discount codes must be placed in the discount box at checkout. Discount codes can not be used to purchase gift cards. Only one discount code can be used per transaction, not in conjunction with any other offer. Loyalty Reward discount codes can be used one time only. Please note if you purchase something of lesser value than the value of the discount code the remaining amount will not be available to use after the initial purchase. Loyalty Reward discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Please note: rewards discount codes cannot be used on charity product items. 

Pre-order terms and conditions: If you purchase existing stock on the website with your pre-order items, your item/(s) will be sent when your pre-order item arrives. If you wish to receive your item before, Lacey Lane will invoice you a $10 shipping charge to send out the product from your pre-order order. 

Gift cards: Gift cards have three (3 years) expiry from the date they are purchased. Lacey Lane reserves the right to not honour a gift card if it is out of the expiry date. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or cash refund.

Mystery Boxes and Accessory Mystery Boxes: Unfortunately there are no returns on Accessory Mystery Boxes. No exchanges or refunds. Please choose carefully when choosing the size of your Mystery Box. New customer mystery boxes are for first time customers only. No discounts can be used for new customer mystery boxes. A limit of one per customer applies to new customer boxes. Lacey Lane reserves the right to refund and or cancel any order at their discretion without warning. 

Afterpay: Due to the nature of some of Lacey Lane's limited releases, it is sometimes possible that products can oversell when using Afterpay. This is due to Afterpay's payment gateway lagging slightly. Lacey Lane can not be held responsible for goods overselling for customers who choose to use Afterpay. If a product oversells within your order we will contact you and may have to refund your order. 

Lacey Lane Rewards Codes: All loyalty discounts and gifts are a ONE TIME offer and are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, are not returnable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any points used on purchases are non returnable. If any orders are returned or refunded any points used will not be reassigned to your account. (Example: Customer purchases Fern dress ($54.95 with $30 loyalty discount) decides for change of mind return, customer will ONLY be refunded out of pocket expense ($24.95) and points/ loyalty discount will be forfeited. Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with any other discount code. Loyalty gifts will be rotated often and changed frequently. All loyalty gifts are non refundable/ non exchangeable/ non redeemable for cash. All loyalty mystery boxes are non refundable/ non exchangeable/ non redeemable for cash. A minimum cart total of $50.00 must apply before using a $10 or $30 loyalty discount code. If claiming the loyalty mystery box, postage costs of $10.00 must be paid via invoice. Returns after points used:  When returning purchases that will take your loyalty points into negative we can only offer exchange or store credit. No refunds will be issued if the loyalty points have already been used prior to returning the item/s. Terms and conditions effective of 20/08/2018.

SALE ITEMS: No returns on sale items. All sale purchases are final. If product is deemed faulty by Lacey Lane after purchase, customer service may offer a store credit or refund at their discretion. There is no exchanges for sale items.
