to our Lacey Lane North Lakes store. Your donated pieces
will be passed on to one of our charity partners.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can I donate?
You can donate any pre-loved Lacey Lane clothing from size 000 - 8 ONLY. Items must be in good used conditions. It is at Lacey Lane’s discretion to reject clothing items that they do not believe meet the ‘good used condition’ criteria.
Can I donate items that are not Lacey Lane?
At this stage, unfortunately we are not accepting other ‘boutique’ brands.
How many discount codes can I use per day?
Only 3 discount codes can be used per day. Terms and Conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions for the Lacey Lane "Love and Let's Share" campaign
You are entitled to receive one $10 Lacey Lane discount code for each quality garment
(blouse, puckers, dress, suspender skirt, suspender shorts etc. Please note:
ACCESSORIES ARE NOT INCLUDED AS A GARMENT). All of the Lacey Lane clothing you
give back to the store will be donated to charity. As the garments are being donated
all pieces must meet the following requirements:
• We do not accept faulty garments
• Garments must be clean and washed • No major colour fade
• No missing buttons • No tears or holes • No major stains • No alterations
Lacey Lane staff will determine whether the item meets the requirements to be
eligible for donation. It's at the discretion of Lacey Lane to refuse any garments
they believe do not meet the requirements.
The discount code is redeemable at Lacey Lane North Lakes and online at
www.laceylane.com.au. Only one discount code may be redeemed per transaction.
Limit of 3 discount codes may be used per day.
The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The discount
code may be used once only and is valid for strictly 4 weeks from date of issue. The discount code can only be used on full price stock (is not available on sale stock)
The discount code cannot be used to purchase gift cards and cannot be refunded
/exchanged and is not redeemable for cash. No change will be issued if the full
amount is not spent. The discount code cannot be redeemed against a prior purchase.
Discount codes will not be issued and can not be used on collection launch days in-store. Lacey Lane reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at their discretion. At this point in time this campaign is only running in-store and is NOT online.
