Please allow 12 - 14 weeks for us to receive your pre-order before items are dispatched. All items are made to order. Time frames are a guide only and are subject to change due to rare but unavoidable production or shipping delays.
As pre-orders are made to order, we don't offer change of mind returns or exchanges on pre-order items. All sales of pre-order items are final.
Pre-order items will be shipped once they arrive in stock.
If your order includes both pre order and in-stock items, all items will be held and shipped together once the pre-order arrives.
